African Sun Hotels and Resorts has announced the reopening of its Troutbeck Resort in Nyanga the Eastern Highlands after three months’ closure.
The Group Marketing, Public Relations, and Innovation Manager, Ms. Karen Dhliwayo said in a statement to the media Tuesday, from the 1st July 2020 Troutbeck Resort in Nyang reopens after it closed it’s business operations earlier this year in March in accordance with the National lockdown following the outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic.
She also added that “African Sun Hotels and Resorts take this opportunity to complete refurbishments at Troutbeck Resort to ensure we keep up with modern and international trends as well as of the 21st-century customer, who is looking for value for money. Refurbished areas include the reception area, restaurant, kitchen, sun lounge, main lounge, an additional coffee shop, gazebo, and a new barbecue area across the river which is state of the art,” said Dhliwayo.
Troutbeck Resort was built and founded by Major Herbert Maccllwaine in 1947 and has undergone several changes over the past years in keeping with the current trends to deliver the best experience to its guest.
The Group has also announced the 50 per cent off accommodation to it’s guests who are going to book in the months of July and August 2020.
