T&U Enterprises T/A Bethel Catering Services in partnership with Young Africa Skills Centre Zimbabwe is the heart of good food for all occasions and functions.
Apart from delivering mouth-watering, fresh and healthy food, the facility also offers excellent training for everyone with interest in cooking quality food.
Mrs. Unotida Huye, the Director of T&U Enterprises said her hope is for citizens to live healthy lifestyles through eating nutritious, quality food.
“Eating should not be haphazard. Most Zimbabweans are used to the staple diet of sadza, rice, chicken, beef and vegetables only on a daily basis. To be healthy, people should eat a balanced diet. By balanced diet we mean eating food that has all the nutrients needed by the body. At T&U, we offer just that,” Mrs. Huye said.
T&U does African and international dishes. These include African traditional food, lasagne, macaroni cheese, roast chicken of different varieties, grilled steaks (sirloin, T-bone, fillet, rib eye e.t.c), snacks of all varieties, high teas, light lunches and different salads and desserts.
On African dishes, T&U provides sadza rezviyo (made from rapoko, sorghum and millet), peanut-buttered pumpkin leaves, goat stews, roadrunner chicken stews, cow hooves and a variety of game meat.
The prices offered by T&U are quite reasonable and affordable. The company has a flexibility of supplying the food within Harare but also provides catering services outside the capital city.
It is also as a go-to place for events and functions. These include weddings, birthday parties, church functions, funerals, workshops and corporate functions.
