Daves Guzha, the Director of Theatre in the Park said his organisation proudly presents ‘Footprints’ a play by Umkhathi Theatre Works from Wednesday 13 to Friday 15 October 2021 at their arena of entertainment.
“Gates will be opening at 5:30 PM and the actual performance will be starting at 6 PM down to 7 PM at the Theatre in the Park in Harare Gardens. Admission is $10 and advance tickets are available. THE PLAY:
Footprints is a musical dance show by Umkhathi Theatre works. The theatrical presentation is a narrative that traces the story of AmaNdebele mainly through dance and storytelling. The piece is more about people who are carrying out introspection as they seek to find out what defines them. The rich dance culture within the Ndebele traditions is then explored in a socio-historical presentation.
