The Jobs website went live last week. According to a news release from Techunzipped, the new website has a “fresh look and improved functionality.” The new platform is aimed at helping parents, students, and employees to easily access information in a timely manner, the release says.
The website (Jobs.techunzipped.com ) includes a resume builder and free access for companies to post job openings and more.
Techunzipped also announced that they are also launching their latest venture which aims to aid those who want to apply for jobs but don’t have time to send resumes to potential employees hence the launch of a service called We Apply4You.

Techunzipped now has a database of over 1000 employers in Zimbabwe and the We apply4you service, it will help jobs seekers find jobs by marketing them to 1000’s employers. They do this by DIRECTLY applying to the companies that would hire candidates with your background and education. They send a custom cover letter (they change the company name and address) and resume and send it to 1000+ companies from your own email address within 4-5 days.

How it works

- Select if you want to apply to companies in Harare, Bulawayo, Masvingo, or a combination.
- Select the industry package that best fits your background. We offer two packages. One is for 100 resumes and the second is for 200s resumes.
- After registration is complete, you will get instructions to submit your resume and cover letter. We then review your resume and make recommendations on how you can improve it. We may send you sample resumes if we feel your resume needs work
- You will also need to create a new email account. This will be our joint marketing email account to which we will both have access. We will use this new email account to apply on your behalf. We send you a password for the email after we send your application
- Within 4-5 days after you submit your final resume and cover letter, we advertise your skills by sending your cover letter (we customize the company name and address for each application) and resume to a minimum of 100+ companies.
- Companies contact you directly. All interviews and communications are done directly between you and the employer. We do not exist for the employers. They do not know we applied for you.
