Statement by FATEH International Relations Commission
We vehemently reject and condemn any schemes that aim at uprooting the Palestinian people from their homeland. After 15 months of Israel’s ferocious genocide in Gaza and its colonial hostility in the West Bank against defenseless Palestinian people, the world needs to bring justice that creates sustainable peace and prevents catastrophic consequences. This can only be achieved by implementing the globally defended Two-State solution and the Palestinian right to self—self-determination as stipulated by UN resolutions.
The 76 years of Israeli occupation and the ongoing extermination campaign against the Palestinian people by Israeli occupation that is indulging further in its genocidal policies, requires immediate global action to protect the indigenous Palestinian people from this systematic brutality. The Israeli government has gone completely out of line in disregarding International Human Rights Law and international agreements.
Despite this ongoing catastrophe that surpassed the Palestinian Nakba in 1948 in refugees’ number and death toll, the world is still reluctant to take deterrent actions to curb the Israeli occupation and preserve peace that would prevent the region from exploding. We reaffirm that we will not leave our lands and categorically reject any policies or actions aimed at undermining the unity of the Palestinian land, including the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem under the legitimate Palestinian authority represented by the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO).
We remain confident that the world will continue raising its support for our inalienable rights and will come to our rescue to defend the indigenous Palestinian people from this abhorrent persecution of Israel. We call upon you to increase your support and pressure to end this deep injustice that is destabilizing the entire world.
