The Kadoma community is set to benefit from the recent Footgolf district outreach program which was held by the Zimbabwe Footgolf Association, at Jameson High (Kadoma) on Friday last week.
Participants were drawn from Mhondoro Ngezi and Sanyati Districts. Teachers from the local schools and the 15 participants were introduced to footgolf through theory and practical lessons.
Mr. Tafara Tsikira and Mr. Taona H. Mbono played key roles in imparting knowledge and skills to the participants.
Daniel Kuwengwa, the president of the Zimbabwe Footgolf Association graced the event and encouraged the participants to pursue further studies in line with the sport.
A renowned expert in several sporting disciplines, Kuwengwa has authored a footgolf introductory manual.
