Gospel artist, Sabastian Magacha is set to launch his 7th album on the 20th of August this year at the Harare International Conference Centre(HICC).
The album titled I am Favored comes at a time when his fans have been complaining of being starved musically by the Bhosvo hitmaker and it seems like this album is being launched at the right time.
In an interview with this publication, Saba as he is affectionately known by his legion of fans said he is excited to be the brains behind this new project.
“Firstly I would like to thank the Almighty for giving me the strength to continue serving him and for being my main source of inspiration as I am God-inspired”, he said.
Collaboration-wise, Magacha has featured different artistes like Jah Prayzah on a song called Nditakure Tiyende, Madam Boss on a song called Mamero, and Herman on a song called Shaina to mention a few.
Saba also disclosed that in this album, he has a collaboration with the songstress Gemma Griffiths on a song titled Nzira which will be accompanied by its video.
“I featured Gemma on a song called Nzira which will be dropped together with its visuals and for the rest of the year, I will be dropping videos”, added Saba.
Some of the albums that Saba has released up to date include Tinaye Faithful God, Back to Sender, Wonererwai Jeso, and Mapostori among others.
Jah Prayzah, Gemma Griffiths, Madam Boss, Mathias Mhere, Dorcas Moyo, Tinashe Magacha, and Zimpraise are expected to perform on the day of the launch.
