CBZ Holdings adopts preventive measures in the wake of coronavirus

In light of the recent developments regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19), CBZ Holdings informed its stakeholders of the measures the CBZ Group is taking to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers, community, and employees.

Dr. Blessing Mudavanhu, CBZ Group chief Executive Officer announced a raft of measures that the financial services giant is taking in order to keep coronavirus out:

  • Our offices, Branches and delivery channels continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

 We have sanitizers at every entrance and have also provided each and every one of our staff members with personal hand sanitisers.

 In order to protect our customers and staff, the following branches will be temporarily shut down effective 25 March 2020: Victoria Falls, Beitbridge, Chirundu, Bulawayo Airport, Harare Airport, and Kariba Branches.

 With effect from 25 March 2020, cash will no longer be withdrawn from any of our branches. However, where cash is available it shall be dispensed from ATMs, which shall be sanitized regularly.

 Our branches will be offering limited services such as MTA Remittances, Cash deposits, and FCA transactions until further notice. If you require additional transactional business in-branch, you are kindly advised to make an appointment with your respective Branch Manager or Relationship Manager, on our toll-free numbers below.

 You are encouraged to continue being vigilant with the use of your Bank Cards, please do not disclose your PIN to anyone.
