Hip-hop star Elmac has released his fifth album titled Handisi Bho cementing his foothold as an accomplished recording artiste.
The 15-track album features the plug track EP Dance which has since gone viral on social networks.
EP Dance, a stylish dance song which the artiste hopes his fans would enjoy has a traditional Zimbabwean mix of jiti, muchongoyo and sungura.
Other songs on the album include Llizwi Lakho featuring Ndux Junior, Power featuring Maskiri and Pauline Gundidza, Makuhwa Chete, Melissa, African Ladies featuring Gambian star E Child, Marian, Mababy Andiwandira, Freehand, Kana Uchindida featuring King Tazvida, Mukoma Reuben featuring Shivoman, Chindivimbisa, Ndatendeuka featuring Melmery, Mafans Angu featuring Blonde Diamond as well as the title track Handisi Bho.
“My latest offering is to ensure that my fans have something to dance to during the prolonged Covid-19 Lockdown while also maintaing relevance in the local showbiz industry. On this album I worked with Tendy G, Qraze Bee, Steezy wemaBeats (producer) and my friend Chigaranyika. I hope my fans will enjoy EP Dance the most because it is easy to dance along and has a traditional beat,” said the Glendale-based crooner.
Born Tom McAlvin Arupiya, the Chindivimbisa hit maker, affectionately called the Hip-hop Captain by his legion of fans, is currently working on the video for the blazing track EP Dance being sponsored by UK-based Miss Becky.
The video features Bulawayo Dance group TRP Dance Group. He is also working on a collaboration with gospel songstress Leah Ndebele.
Arguably one of the finest hip-hop singers in Zimbabwe, the towering musician has also worked extensively with an array of local and regional artistes.
