The Glen Lodge in Bulawayo, the leading oasis of hospitality in the City of Kings and Queens, is the only place that offers the greatest value for money to its legions of clients.
As it hosted journalists attending the 11th edition of the Sanganai Hlanganani Tourism Expo in the country’s second largest city, media practitioners and other stakeholders attending the tourism showcase were offered fabulous prizes as a way of cementing its position as one of the small but leading giants in as far as hospitality is concerned.
“As a major player in the tourism sector, particularly offering accommodation and transport services, Glen Lodge understands that nothing beats customer satisfaction. To that end, we always try our best to be caring and loving to our clients. It is inherent in us that a customer is always king. In pursuit of making our customers feel like kings and queens since Bulawayo is a city of royalty, we have seen it fit to offer our clients some excellent prizes so as to cement our long lasting relations,” said Beauty Bhulu, the Managing Director of Glen Lodge at a networking event held at the tourism spot on Friday 7 September 2018.
Beating 30 other clients during the draw to win free accommodation and food at the prestigious lodge for three nights, Mercy Makoni from Falcon Air who is booked at the ‘rendezvous’ for the second time with her workmates attending the Sanganai Hlanganai Tourism Expo said it is reinvigorating and refreshing to stay at the place.
“This is my second stay at Glen Lodge. I have since made up my mind to stay at this lodge each time I come to Bulawayo because I get value for my money. My experiences here are quite memorable. The staff here is warm and friendly and the rooms are fresh, very big and extremely beautiful. I look forward to bring my family,” Makoni said.
Godknows Homwe, a Digital Marketing Consultant and Editor of Yedu Lani Magazine won the voucher to stay in the executive room of Glen Lodge. He studied communication at the Midlands State University and is accompanying tourists who are getting a feel of Zimbabwe’s tourist products prior, during and after the Sanganai Hlanganani Touris Expo.
Currently pursuing studies in professional marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Homwe pledged to use his expert to put Glen Lodge on the world map as one of the leading accommodation service providers and tour operator.
It was also all smiles for Monica Chogumaira, the Air Operations director of Falcon Air. She appealed to the director of Glen Lodge to consider expanding the facilities so that more people could be booked at the same time and experience the great hospitality she received and will continue enjoying in the future.
