LG is all set to launch the successor to LG G7 ThinQ which didn’t manage to grab more eyeballs with LG G8 later next year.
As per the source, the new LG G8 will launch globally by end of March 2019. It will feature 3D camera which has now become a trend with major Android smartphone manufacturer. Further, the LG G8 will sport Oppo F9 like waterdrop display.
Corroborating rumors that appeared during this quarter ending the year, it is said that the G8 will bring a dew-drop like a notch format in the upper part of the screen to house the front camera and other device sensors.
Still based on reports, LG plans to announce its first 5G mobile phone after the launch of the G8, which will target the markets of Korea, Europe, and the United States.
LG’s 5G phone probably belongs to a new family, rather than the G series. However, prior to the launch of the 5G, LG will announce a new intermediate device that goes by the name of Q9.
This smartphone will be equipped with a 6.1-inch screen, Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB for storage and powered by a 3000 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the folding mobile phone LG will not see the light until the third quarter of 2019, in order to ensure the quality of the product, as the latest South Korean source states.
Recalling that the LG G8 could rival Samsung Galaxy S10, it can bring new technology for sound reproduction on the screen of the cell phone, although LG G8, does not have any detailed leaks yet.
