In a new development, DStv Business Play users now have access to XtraView, enabling the use of up to three decoders in establishments with the product and thereby widening access to DStv content for their own customers.
Liz Dziva, publicity and public relations manager of MultiChoice Zimbabwe, said DStv Business Play had long been a major source of customer entertainment in bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses and the innovative opening up of content would add value to this entertainment source.
“Business customers of DStv have been refashioning their operations in recent months, and the innovative move to add access to XtraView will help these customers reach even further for their own customers and add huge value to the Business Play product,” she said.
With XtraView the establishment will be able to have up to three decoders in the same viewing area at the cost of only a single monthly subscription, with the only added cost being a small access fee.
“All three decoders can be operated independently of each other to ensure that patrons receive the widest possible maximum amount of choice, with a wider range of viewing tastes being catered for,” said Ms. Dziva.
“This is the latest enhancement geared to helping hospitality businesses provide the best entertainment for their patrons. Earlier this year the DStv business packages were redesigned to make it easier to select a package that works best for a particular business. They now have a choice between the Work package (suited to offices), Stay package (suited to accommodation venues) and Play package (suited to bars, restaurants and clubs).
