As stories of an increase in the number of stage-managed robberies by security guards increase, ambitious security concern Rubreg Security Services is gearing more into trends afflicting the security provision sector with last year touted as a steady success for the innovative concern.
Company director Ruben Zuva revealed in an exclusive interview that his company is on an impressive trajectory.
The company has scored remarkable goals in efforts to set a footprint in the security services arena.
The business concern which was established a few years back is gaining steady market share, if contracts said to have been clinched are anything to rely on.
“We have set to make an indelible mark on the industry we operate in. Our goal is to be a force to reckon with nationally. As Rubreg Security Services, our statement of intent borders on offering top-notch services to clients across the board. That way, we gain a good brand identity leading to a satisfactory share of the market. We’re managing on that trend as we’ve clinched decent deals that are fanning our operations. We now operate in Mashonaland and Masvingo provinces. We’re geared to spread to all the country’s provinces.”
The company, the director says, is taking opportunities as they present themselves.
“We are not in a rush to win deals. What we have planned to do is gauge opportunities as they come. We weigh our scales and decide on whether to enter into a deal or not. It may not be every deal that suites our modús operandi. We have to be careful as to scrutinize deals that we enter into. We must perfectly deliver on our promise and move to the next challenge. We’ve and continue to resource ourselves with the requisite tools to meet modern security demands,” said director Zuva.
According to the veteran security man, they have acquired operational systems, both human and technical, that serve the client to satisfaction.
“As a fairly new company in the industry, we are learning the ropes and acquiring modern systems that suit the taste of today’s client. We endeavour, as much as we can, to deploy the best gadgets for our security products. Our other strength is employing tried and trusted personnel that stays reliable at all times.
RSS is aware of the challenges facing the industry nowadays.
“We are quite awake to the trust currency that is at stake in the industry. Stories of mishaps in the industry due to betrayal of trust abound. We endeavour to stick to the book. Our systems also attest to foolproof measures that safeguard property and finances we’re entrusted with,” he said with a trademark confident smile.
RSS vision dovetails with National Development Strategy (NDS) 1. the blueprint charting the nation for an upper-middle-income economy by 2030. The Vision is as enunciated by His Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa to uplift the gross domestic product (GDP) hence living standards of the southern African country.
Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) president Dr. Tinashe Manzungu says the business operating space is somewhat encouraging this term considering the persistent impact of the Covid-19 pandemic effects on, generally, all sectors of the economy.
RSS is encouraged by the waters that they have charted in the 2021 financial year.
“As we came to the end of the 2021 financial year, we were very much encouraged by the way we’ve performed. There’s always room for improvement, but, our radar is pointing in the right direction. We are detecting a lot of potential in the mission to reach our vision” concluded Zuva.
