Football dominates the midweek action, starting with Premier League, Serie A and La Liga action from across Europe on Wednesday 24 June. The top matches include Liverpool v Crystal Palace (21:15 LIVE on SuperSport 1, SuperSport 3 and SuperSport Maximo 1 ), Atalanta v Lazio (21:45 LIVE on SuperSport 9 ) and Real Madrid v Mallorca (22:00 LIVE on SuperSport 7 and SuperSport Maximo 2 ).
“I liked the intensity level of the game from my boys, the high press, but I didn’t like too much the rhythm – but we cannot force that,” said Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp after his side’s first game back was a 0-0 draw against Everton this past weekend. “We didn’t have enough chances, that’s for sure. When I look back, I think all the derbies here at Goodison look very similar, the result looks similar. Everton were well organised so we had to run a lot, which I liked. In three days we play another game against Palace and they looked in good shape.”

Motor racing fans will also have their fill of action on Saturday, with the Australian Supercars Championship, Sydney Supersprint Race 1 (07:10 LIVE on SuperSport 6 ) and the NASCAR Cup Series’ Pocono Organics 325 (21:00 LIVE on SuperSport 6 ).
Golf fans can look forward to Day 3 of the PGA Tour’s Traveler’s Championship (19:00 LIVE on SuperSport 1 and SuperSport 5 ), while football fans will be in for another feast of action. The resumption of the FA Cup is the headline event, with Norwich City hosting Manchester United at Carrow Road (18:30 LIVE on SuperSport 3 and SuperSport Maximo 1 ) for the first of three quarterfinal clashes this weekend.

Sunday 28 June gets off to a fighting start with UFC Fight Night: Poirier v Hooker (00:00 LIVE on SuperSport 11 and SuperSport Maximo 1 ). “I think he’s [Hooker] a very patient fighter. He listens to his corner well… he’s very patient and strategic when he’s in there [the Octagon],” said Poirier. “So I’m expecting a very smart, intelligent fighter. He’s long, rangy, likes to stay on the outside, dangerous knees, a great guillotine… he does a few things very well, but I do everything well and I’m coming in there to win.”
Super Rugby takes centre stage later the same morning with the Crusaders v Chiefs (05:30 LIVE on SuperSport 1 ), as does the Australian Supercars Championship, with Sydney Supersprint Race 2 (06:15 LIVE on SuperSport 6 ).
