Tanyaradzwa Masiyiwa honoured

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Co-founder of Simba Education, Tanyaradzwa Elizabeth Masiyiiwa has been awarded the Global Impact Award by the Global African Awards(GAA)in appreciating of her work and efforts in leadership and community circles.

Other honorary award recipients will be presented with their awards on the virtual event, which will be live-streamed on the GAA Facebook Page on 24 March 2021.

Mr. Conrad Mwanza, the GAA Chairman said, “We are happy to honour Tanya Masiyiiwa for the good work that she has been doing in empowering youths and her efforts and that of many of this year’s award winners do not go unnoticed.”

Tanya has touched and turned in a positive way, many lives around through the Higher Life Foundation and is also part of the Cassava Smartech Board, among others.

“She has a history when it comes to empowerment strategies, her work says it all, and this is seen by her involvement in various foundations”, added Mwanza.

GAA which was founded by Mr Conrad Mwanza is aimed at honouring Africans who make an impact in their circles of influence globally.

This years’ edition of the awards will now be held virtually after plans to have it at Mayfair Hotel got disrupted because of Covid-19.
