South African-based multi-genre Zimbabwean musician and entrepreneur, Mr. P – real name Precious Hanya on Friday released his two latest musical videos: Feelings and Nhai Amai, on social media platforms.
Feelings is a track on his forthcoming album and Nhai Amai was penned as a tribute to the late Mbodazwe “Elvis” Nyathi, the 43-year-old Zimbabwean whose gruesome murder at the hands of Operation Dudula stimulated vigilantes, in Diepsloot (South Africa) on the 6th of April, shook the world.
Mr. P has made a name for himself in the Afro-jazz arena in South Africa and locally. He shot to stardom when he released the first-ever full animated video in Zimbabwe. The video was for Cellphone, a song that features seasoned and celebrated musician Dereck Mpofu.
Over the past couple of months, he has been working with local music stars. One of the famous artistes he (Mr. P) has featured on his new projects is Andy Muridzo.
Apart from working on his musical growth, Mr. P has been doing some philanthropic work meant to assist aspiring and upcoming musicians.
