The highly anticipated Doek and Slay event is just around the corner, and the excitement is building up. Scheduled to take place on April 13th at the Alexandra Sports Club, this edition promises to be an unforgettable experience.
Hulk Investments, the event organizers, have revealed a star-studded lineup featuring some of Zimbabwe’s big-name acts, including Winky D, Feli Nandi, Intotal Band, and Iyasa.
In an exclusive interview, the event organizers shared their vision for this year’s event.
“We are excited about a high-energy show featuring Winky D, Intotal Band, Feli Nandi, and Iyasa.

This edition marks a departure from the traditional color themes that have become synonymous with DOEK and Slay events, instead the organizers have opted for a vintage appeal, which is expected to evoke nostalgic memories for many.
“For this coming edition, we have abandoned our tradition of color themes for a vintage appeal,” they added.
“We believe this will be an event not to be missed, as it will evoke nostalgic memories for many.”
Winky D, one of Zimbabwe’s most popular musicians, is known for his high-energy performances, which always leave audiences wanting more.
