CIO out to tarnish my image: Temba Mliswa

Firebrand politician, Temba Mliswa, who is the legislator for Norton has laid blame on state security agents led by Minister Owen Ncube for putting his name into disrepute.

Speaking to this publication soon after his release from Borrowdale Police Station following his arrest for holding an illegal meeting earlier today that allegedly breached lockdown regulations, Mliswa said he was unperturbed by the social media campaign against his name by Australia-based Susan Mutami since she was a “CIO agent fronted by state security minister Owen Mudha Ncube.”

Recently, Ms. Mutami was all over social media implicating Mliswa of using black magic to strengthen his ambitions of becoming the President of Zimbabwe. In the process, she claimed that Mliswa wanted to get rid of Emmerson Mnangagwa Junior and local government minister, July Moyo.

In response to such allegations, HOn Mliswa said about Ms. Mutami: “… she is a project. I have evidence she forwarded all my messages to (State Security Minister) Owen Mudha Ncube.”

Below, Spiked Online Media shares screenshots of WhatsApp messages purportedly from Ms Mutami:

Hon Mliswa went on to discredit allegations made by Ms. Mutami to the effect that she was carrying his twins as widely circulated on social media.

Below, Hon. Mliswa provided evidence to the effect that Ms. Mutami denied carrying the twins for him.

Hon. Mliswa was allegedly released from Borrowdale Police Station after signing a warned and cautioned statement.
