Medcom Foundation supports disadvantaged children in Manicaland province

Medcom Foundation has come to the rescue of disadvantaged children in Zimbabwe’s marginalsed communities by providing much-needed support for educational advancement.

William Mtisi, Executive Chairman of Medcom said that the foundation is paying school fees for two pupils in the Manicaland province of Zimbabwe.

Support is being offered to Richard Shonga, a Form 3 pupil at Junior Steps Academy near Watsomba in the Mutasa district of Zimbabwe.

The child is an orphan and lives with his grandmother who suffered a stroke.

The foundation is supporting the pupil to acquire a blazer, tie, jersey, sun hat, and tracksuit including paying for his school fees.

The foundation is also supporting a girl child at Maunganidze Primary School in Chipinge district near Birchenough Bridge.

“Medcom Foundation is also planning to support Maunganidze Primary School with computers,” Mtisi said.

He added that there are plans to build a house for the girl’s parents to alleviate their plight of lack of proper accommodation.

Medcom Foundation supports change in the industry with healthcare support and other noble philanthropic interventions in marginalized communities.
