“Recently we met with some organisers of my coming album Zvinoitirwei at Mutangadura.

“I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Mutangadura for channeling resources towards the launch of my third album at the venue,” said Madzibaba Abraham.

“When I look at Mr. Mutangadura he is my father. He took the responsibility for paying my school fees from primary to secondary school.

“I am indebted to him and seeing him endorsing this coming project is something that I did not expect,” said the 36-year-old musician.

Mtangaz Hide-Out is located a few kilometers away from the Harare-Mutare Highway and boasts of an affordable butchery, a watering hole ideal for a family outing. Revellers can also enjoy horse rides.

The album comes after Chiedza CheMwenje (2018) and Izvi Ndizvo Zvine Rugare (2021).

Madzibaba Abraham is a social commentator whose messages resonate well with the day-to-day happenings in society and his instrumentation is perfect.

Time will only tell if Madzibaba Abraham will also compete with his contemporaries like Peter Moyo, Mark Ngwazi, and Simon Mutambi. But, for any Sungura enthusiast, he is worth paying attention to.
