A student at Rockford High School, Joseph Livingstone Matimba, aged 14, impressed his parents and teachers when he wrote Ordinary Level Cambridge in 2022 and came out with flying colours despite his tender age.

Timothy Mutizwa, a teacher at Rockford High School who shared the good news with Spiked online Media said Joseph’s academic achievement was amazing regardless of his age.

“Joseph managed to obtain 3 As in Chemistry, Mathematics, and English and got 2Bs in Geography and Physics. He was a well-behaved learner and very good at public speaking. He was a prefect at the school.

“Our sincere gratitude also goes to Joseph’s parents for their constant support and their encouragement as well as the Rockford Group of School and teachers for their skills which made it possible for the child to pass. Above everything, the glory should be given to the Almighty God for he is the author of all success,” Mutizwa said.
